1 lb ground beef

1 lb ground lamb

1 small yellow onion

1 clove garlic, minced

1 T chopped rosemary

2 cups ketchup

1 T Dijon mustard

1 T honey

1 T salt

1 t pepper

1 T Worchester sauce

Hamburger buns



Brown ground beef and ground lamb.  Strain excess fat and reserve. Dice onion and mince garlic and sauté until translucent.  Add beef and lamb back to pan and add remaining ingredients.  Bring to simmer for 10 minutes.  Spoon onto on hamburger buns.  Serves 2-4
